I had a truly wonderful experience at Neptune Paradise. The architecture is stunning, and the spacious rooms made my stay very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always there to assist with anything I needed. The beach was beautiful with clean waters, making it perfect for families. While I really enjoyed my stay, I noticed a few monkeys around, which could be a bit of a minor annoyance. Still, it's a place I would happily recommend!

While the cleanliness of the property was good and the initial welcome was warm, our experience quickly deteriorated due to several significant issues, notably concerning the pool safety and overall service. Unfortunately, there were moments that made this a traumatic experience, especially with the tragic incident involving my niece. The food didn't live up to expectations either. It's disheartening as this was meant to be a celebratory family wedding trip.
